Shipping and Returns
All sales made on odora.com are final. For hygiene, safety, and sustainability reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted. In case of a defective item or shipping error, please contact us at info@odora.com immediately upon receipt.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via FedEx, Nationex, Purolator, UPS, Canada Post , or a private carrier. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 7 business days within Canada (excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon). ODORA is not responsible for delays caused by the carriers.
Deliveries to the United States: Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges to the carrier upon delivery. These charges vary depending on the order value and the destination state.
Delivery to Canada is free for orders over $95 before taxes.
